Come meet the CalArts MFA in Creative Writing faculty on December 6th from 3:00-4:00 PM PST for a conversation about our program and what makes it different.

Anthony McCann, Gabrielle Civil, Brian Evenson, Matias Viegener, Chris Santiago, Muriel Leung, and Carribean Fragoza will be there to talk about how the program works, what's coming up in future classes, and answer whatever questions you have about studying here. Brian will also announce our new Writing for Television course.

If you're curious about a program where you don't have to choose between poetry and prose, where realist fiction can live alongside the speculative and experimental, and where you work closely with a mentor to shape your own path—this is a good chance to learn more and see if we might be the right fit for you.
